Hyper: ERP and marketplace

One platform with three faces: an ERP back office, a multi-vendor marketplace and a public storefront. It runs as a multi-tenant SaaS, and it can also be deployed for a single client as their own branded marketplace, on their domain and in their colours, with little extra development. I designed the architecture, wrote the backend and frontend and run the infrastructure.

  • Business core. Inventory across warehouses, sales and purchase orders, invoicing, payments, returns and reporting.
  • Tenant isolation. PostgreSQL row-level security, with 5 roles and permissions down to warehouse level.
  • Integrations. ANAF e-Factura, SoftOne ERP sync, FAN Courier, Cargus, Sameday and Stripe subscriptions with usage billing.
  • Contract-first API. An OpenAPI spec generated from Zod schemas drives a typed frontend client, checked in CI.
  • Self-hosted. Staging on a bare server with Docker Compose, Caddy and a fail-closed deploy script.

Bilingual website for holiday cottages near the Mihaieni thermal pool. It already brings in direct bookings, and guests find it through search.

  • Reservation and contact forms with email delivery.
  • Romanian and English versions, with SEO built in: structured data, sitemap and optimized images.

    • Built high-traffic customer pages: promotion details, My Account and homepage features.
    • Migrated services from an in-house Java framework to Spring, and frontends from the in-house framework and Angular to React.
    • Developed internal tools for promotion and user management, plus privacy consent and re-consent flows.
    • Wrote UI automation tests with Selenium and TestNG and onboarded new team members.
